7. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

If the package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failed delivery attempts

We will contact you for re-dispatch (additional shipping charges may apply).

8. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that is:

  • Damaged
  • Leaking
  • Opened or tampered

Please:

  • Do not accept the delivery, or
  • Record a video while opening the package

Then contact us within 48 hours with proof for quick resolution.
