Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, or
- Before the order has been dispatched, whichever is earlier
To cancel your order, please contact us with:
- Your Order ID
- Registered email or phone number
Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Cancellation After Dispatch
- Orders that have already been shipped are not eligible for cancellation
- In such cases, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy (if applicable)
3. Cancellation by Pranveda
Pranveda Private Limited reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion due to:
- Product unavailability or stock issues
- Payment failure or incomplete transaction
- Incorrect pricing or technical errors
- Suspected fraudulent or suspicious activity
4. Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If an order is successfully cancelled, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method
For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via:
- Bank transfer, or
- UPI (details to be shared by the customer)
5. Modification of Orders
Once an order is placed:
- Changes to items, quantity, or address may not be guaranteed
- You should contact us immediately for any modification request
We will try our best to accommodate changes if the order has not yet been processed.
