Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, or
• Before the order has been dispatched, whichever is earlier

To cancel your order, please contact us with:

• Your Order ID
• Registered email or phone number

Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

• Orders that have already been shipped are not eligible for cancellation
• In such cases, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy (if applicable)

3. Cancellation by Pranveda

Pranveda Private Limited reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion due to:

• Product unavailability or stock issues
• Payment failure or incomplete transaction
• Incorrect pricing or technical errors
• Suspected fraudulent or suspicious activity

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

• If an order is successfully cancelled, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
• The amount will be credited to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via:
• Bank transfer, or
• UPI (details to be shared by the customer)

5. Modification of Orders

Once an order is placed:

• Changes to items, quantity, or address may not be guaranteed
• You should contact us immediately for any modification request

We will try our best to accommodate changes if the order has not yet been processed.
