Return and Refund Policy
1. Overview
At Pranveda Private Limited, we take pride in offering high-quality Ayurvedic skincare and wellness products. Due to the personal care and hygiene nature of our products, we follow a strict return and refund policy.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept return or replacement requests only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong item delivered)
- The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
- The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
To request a return, you must provide:
- Order ID
- Clear images or videos of the product showing the issue
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:
- Products that have been used or opened
- Products returned after 48 hours of delivery
- Items purchased under sale, discount, or promotional offers (unless damaged)
- Minor variations in:
- Color
- Fragrance
- Texture
(These variations may occur due to natural Ayurvedic ingredients and are not considered defects.)
4. Return Approval Process
- Once you submit a request, our team will review it within 1–2 business days
- If approved, we will:
- Arrange a reverse pickup, or
- Ask you to ship the product to our address
Pranveda Private Limited reserves the right to approve or reject return requests after evaluation.
5. Replacement Policy
In most eligible cases, we offer a replacement instead of a refund.
- Replacement will be shipped after the returned product is received and inspected
- If the product is out of stock, a refund will be initiated
- Replaced product will be delivered with in 5-7 business days after approval.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only if:
- Replacement is not possible, or
- The issue qualifies for a refund after review
Refund Timeline:
- Processed within 5–7 business days after approval
- Credited to the original payment method
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
- Refunds will be processed via:
- Bank transfer, or
- UPI (details to be provided by the customer)
7. Shipping Charges
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
- Reverse pickup may be arranged free of cost in case of damaged/incorrect products
- In other cases, return shipping may be borne by the customer
8. Cancellation & Refund (Before Shipping)
- Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Before using any product, we strongly recommend:
- Performing a patch test
- Reviewing ingredients carefully
Pranveda Private Limited is not responsible for:
- Individual allergic reactions
- Improper use of products
